REGULATIONS ON ARBITRATION FEES AND EXPENSES
This document provides information on the calculation and payment procedures for registration and arbitration fees at the "Atameken" NCE Arbitration Center. It also regulates the coverage of costs related to case consideration in the arbitration center (expenses for experts, translators, witnesses, and arbitrators). The registration fee is fixed, while the arbitration fee is determined according to a special scale and depends on the claim amount.
