2000 - 2001: Assistant to the Vice-Rector for research in the branches, associate professor, head of department at the capital branch of the Adilet Higher School of Law;
2001 - 2006: Associate professor of the civil law department of the KazGUU Academy of Jurisprudence;
2002 - 2003: Dean of the distance learning faculty of the KazGUU Academy of Jurisprudence;
